Joe Ullrich
Founder

|
|
Joe is a veteran advertising and public relations
executive with nearly thirty years experience in the industry.
His expertise is in both traditional and online marketing.
Fresh out of college, Joe began his communications
career in radio. He held management, sales and on-air positions
at several radio stations across the country and was a regular
guest speaker at Newhouse School of Communications. It was
during his radio tenure that Joe honed his PR skills and successfully
applied them for both his clients and the radio stations he
managed.
Taking what hed learned Joe moved on
and founded Ad & Marketing Source, a full service advertising
and public relations agency in the spring of 1985. His creative
marketing approach garnered literally millions of dollars
worth of publicity on TV, radio and in print for his clients.
It also earned him a spotlight. Joe and his out of the
box campaigns were featured in several trade publications
such as Southern Jewelry News, Radio Association of Broadcasters
(RAB) Sound Management Magazine, Arbitrons Online, and
Jewelers Circular Keystone. He was also the spokesperson for
many of his clients.
Several years ago Joe began working on his
first author publicity campaign. He was immediately hooked!
His interests and activities quickly centered on author publicity
and book marketing. He founded Omni Publicity And Public Relations
Group with one goal in mind to bring together a talented
group of accomplished veteran media professionals and apply
their vast knowledge and experiences to improving authors
visibility and help them sell their books. Although the final
chapter has not yet been written, the plan is currently working
extremely well. Joes passion for author publicity and
successes did not go unnoticed. He was invited to be (and
accepted) a guest speaker on author publicity at Book Expo
America (BEA) 2004!
